Please complete all information correctly and accurately to enroll your child in the Albert Gallatin Area School District cyber program. You DO NOT need to register for COLA if you are currently in the program. This is for new registrations for the 3rd nine weeks. 

 

All enrollments and withdrawals must take place at the end of the nine weeks.

A written request for access to a public record shall be submitted on the required form above and addressed to the Open Records Officer. Requests may be submitted to the District in person, mail, fax or e-mail address.

 

The District shall not require an explanation of the reason for the request or the intended use of the requested record, unless otherwise required by law. The District shall not limit the number of records requested.
