Senior High Fall Sports Physicals are Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 in the Albert Gallatin Senior High School Nurse’s office. All paperwork must be completed before receiving your physical. Physical forms may be picked up at the Senior High Main Office or downloaded from our High School website under “Athletics”.

Varsity Football 8:00am-10am
Boys Cross Country 10am-10:15am
Golf 10:15am-10:30am
Boys Soccer 10:30am-10:45am
Girls Soccer/Girls Cross Country 10:45am-11:15am
Volleyball 11:15am-12:00pm
Cheerleading 12:00pm-12:45pm.
There will be a $10.00 fee charged for the cost of the physical exam. Checks can be made payable to the Albert Gallatin School District.
