Health has changed Immunization Regulations for Children to attend school
beginning in August 2017
To All Parents or Guardians,
This is the second notice! We do not have a record at school of the following shots that are required for your child to start school in August 2019.
= Dose #2 of meningococcal (MCV) – FOR
ALL SENIORS (2019-2020 SY)
STUDENTS WILL BE EXCLUDED AND NOT
PERMITTED TO
START THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
IN AUGUST 2019
Please send in written proof of immunizations from your child’s doctor or have your doctor fax the immunizations to 724-564-4525, or email [email protected]
